Tim O'Grady, university degree-trained Naturopath and Massage Therapist

I have been practising as a Naturopath for over 10 years in Margaret River. My particular clinical expertise relates to the gut microbiome and digestive health. I have extensive experience in treating Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other conditions of the digestive tract, including those not so obviously related, particularly autoimmune diseases, poor immunity, allergies, headaches, inflammatory conditions, anxiety and depression.

Naturopathy is an art, science and philosophy aiming to improve health holistically, with the understanding that there are many causes of ill-health and that vitality can only be regained by addressing these factors.

I hold university degrees in Science and Naturopathy- graduating from the only 4 year university-based Naturopathy Degree in Australia in 2005 with the Metagenics Award for Excellence in Clinical Nutrition.

My extensive training and experience means you can be confident I’ll know when naturopathic treatment is appropriate, and when medical care is necessary. I am also experienced in using naturopathic medicine alongside mainstream care to achieve better outcomes, and have earned high regard by local general practitioners and other health professionals.

I am a dedicated remedial massage therapist, with a range of well-honed soft tissue techniques to help ease pain and help you feel more relaxed. I commonly work in partnership with the physiotherapists at Margaret River Health Centre.

I am a busy father of two, but I still manage to get the odd surf in!
